Affiliate Terms

1. Program Scope
These terms govern participation in the AthletesLab affiliate program and apply to all affiliate promotions and referral activity.
2. Commission Model
Affiliates earn a 40% recurring commission on net revenue from each successful referred subscription.
3. Net Revenue Definition
Net revenue means the subscription amount actually received by AthletesLab after app store fees and payment processing fees, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and cancelled subscriptions.
4. Attribution Window
Referral attribution is based on a 30-day cookie window from the first qualified click, according to AthletesLab tracking records.
5. Payout Terms
Payouts are made monthly in arrears, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, via PayPal or Wise, with a minimum payout threshold of EUR 50.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not use spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive claims, fake reviews, impersonation, unauthorized brand keyword bidding, unapproved coupon or cashback promotion, cookie stuffing, fraudulent attribution, link manipulation, or unlawful advertising methods.
7. Disclosure and Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship with AthletesLab as required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
8. Brand and Trademark Use
AthletesLab brand assets may only be used in approved ways. Paid search bidding on AthletesLab trademarks requires prior written approval.
9. Reversals and Adjustments
Commissions may be reversed or adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, cancellation, fraud, duplicate attribution, or breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
AthletesLab may suspend, withhold payouts, or terminate affiliate participation for policy violations, fraud risk, or legal/compliance concerns.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
